How to pause and resume the loop which loop needs to contineously runs?

Solved!

The strength of the solution that Neos offered (which I use a lot) is that you can stop the ongoing processing -- which happens in the timeout event -- but the program as a whole can still respond to other inputs such as user inputs from controls or signals from other parallel processes coming from user-defined events.

It is a very flexible technique.

This thing seems very convoluted. To use a cosmetic property of a front panel object ("lock boolean text") to relay information between loops is completely silly!

Why do you need loops inside loops? This implementation is not reasonable. Back to the drawing board!

Instead of a video, attach your actual VI.

Of course it would be even nicer if you could tell what was going on -- which you can't. How much time exactly did you waste making the video. Dubbing in some cheesy music and posting it to show, well nothing really.

Programming is not a multimedia experience -- at least not yet.

I can really "bug" out to it.
