How to find function on palette starting from block diagram entity?

Hello,

Labview learner here... How can one find a function on the function palette when starting from the block diagram entity if the context help says "No description available?" (I have successfully gone from the block diagram entity to the function palette when context help *does* have an entry by clicking the "find on the function palette" from help)

I've gotten around this by doing a copy and paste from the existing vi block diagram to the new one I'm working on, but prefer knowing what I'm using!

If there is no description for the function than it's likely that it's not a function included with LabVIEW and one that someone else wrote. In that case, then it's not likely that it's on any palette either.
