I have cDAQ-9172 here is a picture : https://www.google.se/search?q=c+series+modules+ni+instruments&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEw...:

Does that help in producing a signal of 1MHz?

That is a sales picture.  The cDAQ-9172 is a cDAQ chassis.  What modules do you have in it?  Anyways, it will not help because there are not any C-Series modules that can produce your 1MHz sine wave.

Can I use them to generate 1 MHz instead of the things you mentioned above?

Both of those are just chassis.  They need a module in order to do anything.  And I am not seeing any C Series modules that can output a signal above 51.2kHz (Niquist states the highest bandwidth signal you can output is ~25kHz).  So that will not work for you.

Hi

I have cDAQ-9172 here is a picture : https://www.google.se/search?q=c+series+modules+ni+instruments&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEw...:

Does that help in producing a signal of 1MHz?

Thanks you all

That link only shows some NI products. I repeat, the cDAQ-9172 is ONLY a chassis! Do you have a module inserted into it, or not?

Edit: please read a bit this page: http://www.ni.com/compactdaq/whatis/

It explains what is "chassis" and what is "module".

"there are not any C-Series modules that can produce your 1MHz sine wave" this is the final conclusion of my question's answer.

Now I know that I have to use a real generator to generate my 1MHz sine wave

Thank you very much

Mr crossrulz's answer was the final conclusion and he said that there is no c series can produce 1MHz sin sigal..

Now it is clear for me

Thank you very much

Hi

I have a device called ni9263 http://www.ni.com/sv-se/support/model.ni-9263.html , I can not use it do generate the 1 MHz frequency which I mentioned yesterday !! I just want to be sure now about that

thank you

I'm sorry, but do you know how to read specifications?  The product clearly states it can go up to 100kS/s/channel.  Is 100kHz faster than 1MHz?  NO!!!
