I'm executing Particle Analysis Report VI on the thresholded image that could or not contain particles. An array of clusters is returned and contains specific information for each particle (table of detected objects). I need to work with only 2 informations (orientation and height dimension) of each particle, but I don't know exactly how to do it. The purpose of vi is to record an avi file if these parameters fits inside/outside a certain value, during a real time acquisition.
How can I analyse all particles at the same time, once the report could send me an empty result or hundred particles found?
