How to Transfer Our licence? planing for upgrade all of my PCs

Am a representative of an educational Instiution,

We have a 50 user licences of Labview 2012 Professional Development edition.

we are now working on Core i3  desktops,

Now we are planing to upgrade our PCs to Core i5.

So my question is how to transfer entire licence from our existing PCs to the newer ..?

Normally (as in for a single user licenses) you can just activate the license on the new PC and it is assumed that you will stop using it on the old PC.

If you're in an academic institution, you might be using the volume license manager or have different licensing terms.

I would recommend a call to your local NI sales office - they should be able to advise on the best method.
