How do you get a reference to the frontmost block diagram?

Once I have a reference to the frontmost block diagram, I will be able to programmatically drop commonly used groups of LabVIEW objects via the Tools menu.

In LV7.1 there is a undocumented property App.MenuLaunchVi
see the attached vi

To enable selection of this and meny other undocumented properties, add:
SuperSecretPrivateSpecialStuff=True
to labview.ini

That property "App.MenuLaunchVI" returns an empty string for me, and it has no "help". What is it supposed to do?

It only returns a vi name, when you start it from the Tools menu of a vi, if you run it directly you get an empty string
Also it must be set to run when opended.
To appear on the Tools menu:
  Save your vi in the labview project directory, either directly or as an top vi in an llb.
  you must then restart labview once, and when you change the vi name.
