How do i have to configure my Slackware-Linux(locales?), that labview uses the localized decimal point??

hi,
i'm using Labview 6.1 on linux, on a minimal installation (about 120mb) with the fvwm-windowmanager.
I set all the locale-settings(LC_ALL, LC_NUMERIC,...,LANG) to "de_DE", enabled the checkbox for "Use localized decimal point", but labview still uses the "." instead of the (localized) german ",".
I hope somebody could help me with this issue.
Thanks in advance

Thomas

hello,
did you run localedef to set the locales on your system?
on my debian-system i have a command caled "locale-gen" to set the locales. this uses "localedef".
after running the decimalpoint is localised also in LabVIEW.

hope this helps,
regards,
