How do I print a chart to scale? mm/sec.

I have a need to print a chart to scale. That is, in mm/sec or cm/sec on the X-axis or similar distance per unit time. All hardware, pen and ink chart recorders do this. Can LabView emulate this function in the print out of a chart? Is there a way to scale the screen dpi to a print dpi? If I can get the print out to about +/- 5%, I would be happy. How can I handle a long chart that requires multiple pages?
