Hello,

I don´t know if understand the question right, but I try to unswer.

In the Blockdiagramm you can annotate simple with "write tool" in the "Tools Palette".

Otherwise if you like to comment the whole VI you can use the options in "File --> VI Properties..." and there in "Documentation" or "General --> Revision History".

Is this, what you has asked for?
