How can I plot a 3d scalogram using CWT transform?

Dear all:

     How can I plot a 3D scalogram using Morlet CWT transform,where Z axis-magnitude of the scalogram is squre of the joint distribution  P.,

and time and freuqency form the other 2 axes

Anybody help me
