What kind of file is the information stored in? If it's a text file with some sort of delimiter, you can use Read From Spreadsheet File. If it's in an Access database, then yes, you can use the Database Connectivity Toolkit Toolkit to run queries on the database. I don't have any examples. LabSQL. The toolkit and LabSQL are both based on ADO. The toolkit makes queries very easy to create. LabSQL requires some knowledge of the SQL database language.
