General Labview Error Handler question discussion

So Correctly me if i'm wrong, the simple/general error handlers will run the code and abort the code upon seeing an error.  And not only give the error but also a reason why the code may be wrong correct?

So would you suggest error cluster for more simple spreadsheet/word actions are to be taken place, when the error is more easier found.  And simple/general error when the error may be more diffcult to be found.
