Function menu won't stay.

I was looking into changing the funtion menu palette to just display "All functions" on the get go. Somehow, when I click the right mouse button, the function palette does not stay displayed. I have to hold down the right mouse button in order to keep the palette displayed. How to I get it back to keeping the palette displayed with just one-click of the mouse? This is the most annoying "feature" I have ever encountered.

To get the menu to stay on your screen, press on the thumbtack icon on the top left hand corner of the pallete.

I finally figured it out after some swearing and such. There is an option to "use hot menus" on the Options\Miscellaneous. Clicking this option off, cause LabVIEW to not work like 99% of all windows apps.
