Hi All,
I am trying to develop a simple code that can carry out a frequency sweep for my SPM cantilever sensor or tuning fork sensor using RIGOL function generator and SR830 DSP Lock-In Amplifier and IV converter. But I got several problems I would like to inquire.
1. I dont see an amplitude peak of phase shift during the frequency sweep when I hook up a tuning fork which has a resonant frequency of about 32.768 kHz. what could be the problem with my code?
2. How can I increase the rate of my sweep but still ensure accurate curve.
3. When I do the sweep I see on the function generator display-Vrms lower limit = 0.7 mVrms. Why could this be?
