Does anyone have a VI for calculating Flicker for power monitoring applications; Can anyone advise where can I find it or how to calculate flicker??

A recent issue(s?) of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurements had articles on Flicker measurements. I think that some of the measurements were implemented with LV. I do not have immediate access to them now so I cannot be more specific.
