File save issue

I create 6 file reference after every start pulse and write data into files until stop pulse occurs. This file references are coming from another loop and they are being created after every start pulse with different names.

I use tdms reference to validate weather my reference is TDMS or not.

I dont close file references. Would that be an issue??
