FET measurement

Hi there,

We have a Keysight (Agilent) B2902a measurement unit and wanna get FET or transistor characterization. We tried something but there is a problem in channel 1 and 2 synchronization i think. I've seen a topic about it but didn't actually comprehend. Are there any working .vi for b29xx series about it? or do you tell me what can i do?

sweep with 2 channels works for me too. at least i can learn logic.

I couldn't find an instrument driver for your specific device in the Instrument Driver Network, but I also didn't look very carefully. Maybe you search the IDNet again?

Try to get the measurement done using manual operation of your device.

Then replicate all the steps done manually by sending the appropriate commands to your device - you will find them in the manual of your SMU!
