Event Stucture With Bar Code Scanner

Hi,

I tried to use bar code scanner (as keyboard input) with Event structure.

My proceedure is to scan two types of bar code.

Scan one time and display the data on the GUI is fine but not the second scan.

Understand that I cannot use more than one event structure in the same VI, may I know what method allows me to scan twice and display the data on the GUI?

Procedure:

Bar Code Scan 1 ---> Data Display On GUI ---> Bar Code Scan 2 --->  Data Display On GUI ---> Wait For Next UUT For Bar Code Scan 1.

hi there

make sure the string control has the focus after the first scan. and make sure both barcodes are terminated with an EOL character(s). see attachment.
