Error occurred at open FPGA VI in LTE DL Host Initialization.vi

The device communicates with a host computer over gigabit Ethernet. The host computer's IP is 192.168.10.55 and the USRP's IP is 192.168.10.3. As the following picture shows, the USRP X300 has already connected to the host computer. When I click the Run button, the error occurred. It prompts: NI-RIO:  (Hex 0xFFFF0928) Either the supplied resource name is invalid as a RIO resource name, or the device was not found. Use MAX to find the proper resource name for the intended device.

According to the document of LTE Application Framework,

4. Set the RIO Device to the alias of the RIO device connected to your system.
You can use NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) to get the RIO
alias for your device.
5. Click the Run button,  on the LabVIEW host VI.
If successful, the “FPGA Ready” indicator lights.
If you receive an error, check if your RIO device is connected properly.

I have some confusion about these steps. First, when I open the NI MAX, where can I get the RIO alias for my device? Second, does it mean my RIO device is not connected properly? Third, as the NI-USRP Configuration Utility prompts, the Image Status needs to be updated. In fact, I use uhd-images_003.009.004.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks a lot.
