Error bluetooth connection

Good afternoon! It's necessary your help. Bluetooth connection is not installed between phone and computer. All the time appeare errors. Computer file is attached to the message. I download several instances, tried to start them but it didn't work. Maybe it's necessary to change the program. (I work with NI LabVIEW 2014 Student Edition (32-bit), my system - 64-bit, Windows 8).

First off, are you sure the BT connectivity is working on the PC? Can you pair the computer and phone at all? What sort of interface are you using on the PC?
