If you are trying to interpret the spoken word for speech recognition, then this is the wrong route I'm afraid.
There are .NET tools for recognising the spoken word, built into Windows. You can integrate to these with the .NET tools in LabVIEW and use them for interpreting the spoken word.

but i read that Linear Predictive Coding method is used for speech recognization .....
in my program lpc SUB VI is available ....

That's a different paper that discusses the use of Artificial Neural Networks for recognising the words in speech. It's not for me to definitively state whether or not you can continue down this road, but unless you are using an ANN yourself then I can't see how LPC alone will help.
