I tried to run the attached "Read Data New.vi" but without the TDMS file I couldn't reproduce your issue.

Hi reggie2016,

 

Will you please upload a screen shot of the error as well as the TDMS file that deppSu mentioned?  It would be helpful if we could reproduce the error.  Which version of LabVIEW are you using?
