Error 200088 when measuring Voltage

Here the update: I get the same error(s) running under Labview 2010.

I also tried the Windows Hotfix: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/A165C4C5DC2E0AB486257834007762F8?OpenDocument without any success.

I simply installed LV2010 on the same Laptop that already has LV8 installed, but opened the VI with the 2010 version.

By any means, I can not imagine that the presents of LV8 in the system causes any trouble...But maybe I am wrong?

Cheers for any help.

Hi,

there are dependencies between LabVIEW 2010 and LabVIEW 8. The installation goes into a new folder. You can try to install a new DAQmx driver to update your system. Maybe this helps.

Sorry, there are NO dependecies! I forgot this one very important word.

Hi, I think I have the same error 200088.

I was generating two channel analog voltage, and I want to generate in 5 times. SO I put the DAQmx and my signal generatoe inside of the for loop. But it alwaly said "Error -200088 occurred at Property Node DAQmx Timing (arg 1) in DAQmx Timing (Sample Clock).vi:8->section_by_section_new.vi".

Could you help me explain the error happening?

Thanks,

Lcy
