Error 2: Failure to perform LabVIEW license activation

No, I didn't unactivate the license. I had LV on 2 computers, but then on one of them something went wrong and I was unable firstly to use most of functions, then also to run LV, so I decided to remove it and install once again.  And now I'm unable to do this.

You should have deactivated the license. I would suggest you contact NI directly or call your local Sales Engineer.

But up till now everything worked well. And I also tried to install LV with my previous license key (Student Edition), which I was using before I got current and there was the same error while installing.

I'm not that familiar with the student license but it should like you've used the key twice before and are now attempting s third time.
