Error 1406 from LabView 8.0.1 Installer

When I Try Installing the Application I Built in LabVIEW 8.0.1 I get the Error Message 1406.
"Could not write value ProductName to Key\Software\National Instruments\Common\Installer\Parts\{...}. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."

The Knowledgebase contained similar error for LV 6.1 but the solutions does not work in this case.

yes I notice this Information in the Knowledgbase and I try the solutions.

I clean up my registry.
The installation path for the executable is C:\VB\ASP  and I think it is not too long.
The actual size of the registry is 43 MB and the max. size is set to 55MB but I increase it to 100 MB.

All this changes have no effect and I get the same error.

Here are some more information:
- I add the Run Time Engine 8.0.1 to the installer
- there are no entries in the Registry page
