Does " IMAQ Match Pattern 2 " support 16-bit images?

Hi,all
      When I used " IMAQ Match Pattern 2 " to process 16-bit images, it didn't work. I tried  the " Pattern Matching example"  and have changed the IMAQ Create's "image type" to 16bits.  
Is there any method to solve this problem?
