Delete From Array Ghost Row?

Add an Array Size function after the delete and see this discussion.

Cool, but is that intended functionality of "delete". It seem a bit odd that memory would still be allocated even though I just did a delete. I wonder if the programmer intends to really have the last delete deallocate if it would be a good idea to take the product of the size array and if it's zero, select in an empty array.

Ankita seemed to think it was odd behavior but never followed up.

Who's Ankita? No one of that name in the post I linked.

That is how the function is documented. Perhaps the behavior was unintentional and the documentation made to fit the actual behavior. I really don't know. Might try the Idea Exchange and see if R&D responds.
