David,
I do not have any ideas at the moment. I'll put some thought into it. Anyone else have any ideas?

Tom,
I got finally. I removed some National product which neither the MSIBlast have removed like SQL and components and IVI. After rebooting, make the installation first the labview, labview RT, DSC and FPGA. Between each instalation make a reboot. The I/O server already works in the labview-RT.
best regards,

Hello David,
Just to confirm, after re-install, you were able to deploy successfully?
Where any additional errors present on the system? Perhaps, on start up or shut down regarding the NI Variable Engine, or other NI service components? During the initial installation was any anti-virus software active on the machine?
I very much appreciate your time. Please post back if you are still having trouble, or have any additional information on the system state.
Thank You,

Patrick,
Yes, I was. Now everything is working properly. I noticed some bugs. My application works on a laptop and uses adaptor USB to DB-9 Serial (prolific driver). It only works if the computer is started with the adapter in the port.

In order to clarify what you're seeing, can you confirm your symptoms?
When you attempt to start the Variable Engine service, what error does it return?
Have you attempted a repair installation/ full uninstall-reinstall?

Hi Charris
When I run a program similar to David, it showed the same picture error that David had (error-1967362042). I unistalled everything and after that I only install LV and DSC module as solution suggest but it wasn't succefull.
Thanks for your answer

Hi Flavio83.
Do you know a way to workaround this issue? I got the same problem wind Win7 and labview 2011
'PLC1:.I1' deployment failed (error: -1967362044, IAK_SHARED: (Hex 0x8ABC7004) Syntax error.).
Deployment completed with errors

Flavio,
Just today i received your message. Have you still any problem?
06-25-2012 08:37 AM
Yes, i have the same problem, i downloaded labview and dsc demos 8.5, 8.6 and 2011 on WinXP Professional and Win7 Home Basic, but the problem remains.
The OPC server is CodeSys OPC Server.
The user isn´t administrator, but it´s member of the administrators group.
I will try with a new WinXP professional fresh installation and user administrator.
