I do not think there are drivers from National for these cameras since they are 'consumer' cameras (at least the one I looked at).
NI typically supplies drivers for industrial (analog and megapixel digital) Firewire, Cameralink, and some USB cameras.
If the cameras you mentioned connect via these (probably USB?) you may have a chance, search the NI site for "Camera Advisor".
If you obtain driver dll's from the camera manufacturer or a 3rd party, you could use LabView to interface to the code via ActiveX or possibly .Net
