hi...
i am using 3 crio controllers .They are connected to 4 port ethernet hub.how can i configure the crio or ethernet switch so that the crio connected to first ethernet port aways get IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.001,second port crio gets xxx.xxx.xxx.002 and third port crio gets xxx.xxx.xxx.003.

You can't. Basically you have 3 options:
1) Assign static IP addresses to the cRIO.
2) Configure the DHCP server to assign a static IP to each cRIO based on its MAC address.
3) Use DHCP to assign dynamic IP addresses
You can't assign the IP address based on the port it is connected to. Option 3 is usually not recommended since you might want to know the IP address.

So what about managed ethernet switch? can we assign port address to managed ethernet switch?

I don't have a lot of experience with managed switches, but I don't think they can help you with that. A managed switch has an IP address itself, but it does not act as DHCP server. So it is still the DHCP server that decides which IP address a DHCP client gets, and this is decided based on the clients MAC address.
