DBL Equal? Any suggestions/input

Hi Guys,

So I know that this topic has been beaten to death here on this forum and elsewhere. I am fully aware of the inability to reliably see if two double-precision values are euqal to each other without also supplying some kind of precision to test against. I am posting a version of "DBL Equal.vi" that I have created and just want to throw it out there to see if anyone might have some suggestions/input on it.
