DAQ with ARM9

i have a problem of connecting NI DAQ with ARM9. Well, I already connected them together, but they both can't work together. Is anyone know how to solve this problem? Please help. THANK YOu very much.

What do you mean, can't work together? And when you say you connected them together, do you mean physically wired them together?
