That is just a simple setting on the graph.  If you click on the plot in the Plot Legend, then go to Common Plots and then choose the bottom left option.  That would be a bar graph.

You can make the graph palette visible and then choose all kinds of zoom options.  Or you can just type in the values you want on the axis itself to zoom in.

But even if a have more than 200 values the graph only shows 2 results. Why?

And the x charts instead that having Date/Time values has strange numeric values.

I attached you those problems.

You just have a bunch of values that seen to come into 2 packs.

 

You need to change the format of the x-axis to make is display as Date/Time.  Seriously, go into the properties of the graph and just look around.  You can set all kinds of stuff in there.
