Convert graphic to hex representation?

Greetings one and all:
This may be a simple question/answer.  One can only hope.

I need to convert a simple graphic logo (~1 -to 5k, black and white only) to a hex string representation.
I'll then send it to a printer that only accepts graphics as this hex string.

I've attached an example logo.

Any ideas?
