Connecting dynamic data to AND gate

The program compares readings from a thermocouple to a constant. The outputs from the greater than are fed into a AND gate. However, though one of the inputs can be connected as dynamic data to the input port of the AND gate. When the same data from the other DAQ is sent, it gives an error. Interchanging the ports also gives the same error.

Can I use some kind of dynamic to boolean converter to counter this? The output of the AND gate is then fed into the DAQ output port.
