Connecting S7-1200 to LabVIEW

Heloo Everyone,
I have PLC S7-1200 (1212C CPU) and I'm trying to connect it with LabVIEW using OPC Server 2012. i did some steps but it didn't work good.
i'll write what i did and please correct the wrong step:
1- open NI OPC Server 2012 >> NI OPC Servers Configuration >> New.
2- Channel1 >> Device Driver : Siemens TCP/IP Ethernet and also enabled diagnostics >> network Adaptor : Realtek PCIe.... >> Then i choosed "write all values for all tags" >> finish.
3- add a device >> Device1 >> Device Model: S7 1200 >> Device ID: 192.168.0.1 (Its IP) >> next >> next >> next >> next >> next >> finish.

4- then I added the tags.

but every time it failed !

So can anyone help me with  taht ?

Thanks in advance,

Re: Connecting S7-1200 to LabVIEW

Ahmed,

When you say "it failed", what do you refer to? Did you encounter an error message (if so, what is the text and error code). It seems you were able to add the tags, however what did you try and do with the tags after creating them?

If the PLC is connected and the tags are configured, can you use OPC quick client to view the tags? I'd be happy to help, but I'll need some more detailed information from you as all the steps you have so far seem correct.
