Hi R kumarsamy,

 

You will have to check with your PLC manufacturer for the specific communication setup, but LabVIEW supports many different forms of basic serial communication. The most basic would be using a port on the PC connected directly to the device. There are many examples and articles on our website detailing this. For example, you might reference this link to get an idea of how this might be accomplished.
