Configuration Labview Help

hello,

i have a problem with labview.

I communicate with a serial port and I have  labview program in 2computers(the same program) and the program works on a computer and not in another.

I think the problem is in the attached images, the image is the one I Labview2 runs OK, but the image Labview1 fails.

Why does the same program reacts differently?

Hi,

I do not see any problem on your VI.

You have some difference on your probe because the font on your two computer is not the same.

the font of the letter?

i think that the problem is in the conversion of first two characters to string or in the labview configuration, because is the same program in the 2 computers!

For example, i have a problem two months ago, with the configuracion configuration point decimal in labview.

do you know if exist in labview any option to return to default settings?

Hi,

Yes default font of your application. For example:

String indicator => shows the string in \ Code

String1 indicator => shows the string in my default application font

String2 indicator => shows the string in MS Sans Serif

The probe shows the result in the same format of yoru application font

=> it does not shows the same thing. Use a string indicator to test your function and set the font to a default one
