Column Mismatch in .tdms File

I am using an NI DAQ to read/record data from a motor test stand. I have attached the .vi and data file (in .xlsx from .tdms format).

When saving directly to an Excel file (not attached) there are a couple thousand data points preceding the actual data in a few of the columns.

When saving to a .tdms file the extra data (meaningless) show up on top of the real data, thus making the data in those columns misaligned with the real data.

In the attached files you can see the RPM of the prop get up to around 5900 at 160 seconds into the test (line 320). The current, seen in column D, shows the correct value for this time at line ~2300.

I'd like to eliminate this junk data from showing up in all of my files.
