Changing channel order in LABView 7.1

Hi all,
I would like to know how to change the order in which the channels are entered in LABView when they are selected using the "browse" function of the "channels" icon that is used as input into the "start DAQmx task" function. It seems that LABView simply enters the channel names at random, and when one is removed or addded, it is impossible to predict where it will be entered.
Could someone please tell me if there is a way to sort the channels (maybe in alphabetical order??)

Thanks for the help!

Best regards

Re: Changing channel order in LABView 7.1

Hello,
It is not possible to change this order.

But this is not random
Look at the attachment
I create 5 channels
"p channel" and "z channel" --> are analog input channels
"a channel" and "j channel" --> are analog output channels
"digi" --> is a digital measurement channel

So you see LabVIEW build groups and sort this alphabetical

Fabian
