Can't get RT Desktop Validator

Hi, I'm trying to get the real-time desktop validator, but all links on ni.com drive me to "Error. You are not authorized to view this document". I remember that several months ago I tryied to get it and same happened.

Can you tell me where to get it, or post it for me? Thank you.
