In my last company, we had a non-professional License (I think it was 'Full'?) which doesn't include the application builder but we had bought a separate license for just the application builder as an addon so we could build executables etc. Once activated, we were able to create executables/installers.
You have activated the application builder license so either:
- The application builder cannot be used with the student edition of LabVIEW (even if you have an activated license for it)
or
- There's an install/configuration issue preventing it from showing up within LabVIEW
I suspect that it might be the first option, in which case I would be talking to NI about why they sold/provided you with an application builder license when it's not possible to use it. A call to your local NI office should clear things up.
