Can't automate "Choose File to Upload" pop-up window in Internet Explorer

I'm trying to create a short VI that will upload a configuration file to a website.  I'm able to open the connection and use an invoke node to click the browse button (using the button's handle) but I can't seem to input a file path in the "Choose file to Upload" window, then click the "OK" button to load the file.  Any suggestions?

Thanks John!  I learned alot from the connectivity course this week.  I'm going to make an attempt using the POST method.  I'll post my new VI once I test it on the actual hardware.
