Can a LabVIEW executable be set to run as a system service?

Is there a relatively straightforward method to set a LabVIEW executable up as a system service, such that when Windows is started the executable will automatically be started as well.  Note, the LabVIEW program should be started without requiring a user to have logged in. (ie placing it in the startup folder is not sufficient)

If so, what limitations are there on the content of the executable?
