Can Project Explorer be used with only support for a standalone real time target application, with NO LabVIEW 8.5 development system?

It is possible to build and deploy a Real Time Target standalone application using the Project Explorer. Does Project Explorer require the LabVIEW development system to be installed? Or can I have my real time target application run on a CompactRIO, with only minimal support from drivers, LabVIEW Run-Time Engine, and real time executables?

Then what is the purpose of the forum, if one cannot try to seek understanding, after he clarifies the issue in his own mind? I think you are trying to turn the forum from its goal of understanding, towards one of mock justice and mock judgement. If you have no knowledge to impart, then stay your tongue.
