I'm running DAQmx 14.0.0.

 

Why are you asking about DAQmx? From what I understand, cRIO's don't support DAQmx, only cDAQs.

Some RIOs support DAQmx as well.  It's certainly not only cDAQs.  cDAQs are a subset of the DAQ devices.

 

Have you tried reformatting the cRIO?  It's a trivial task and sometimes clears up issues.
