Can I access the VI files contained in ni_vision_acquisition_software.lvlib

I want to use these VIs as a template to build on to suit my specific needs.

I can open the VIs by double clicking on an icon, but I cannot copy-paste its contents. How may I do that, if at all?

The files within the NI Vision Acquisition Library are proprietary NI implementations of their low-level Vision routines.  They are intended for you to use for Vision Acquisiition, not to reverse-engineer to build a competing product.
