Thanks alot to you all, especially Bob for suggesting me to try using biomedical tool kit.

Its giving the heart rate accurate and still, The signal been taken using NI DAQ card, now trying to implement my own Arduino board.

Wow!  I knew about this Toolkit, but had never used it, myself.  It's relatively new, may still be somewhat "in development", and (I think) designed largely for student projects, but it seems to do the trick with your data.
