COntrolling SR 844 Lock in and 2 agilent 33xxx freq generators together

With my VI I want to excite 2 different frequencies from 2 agilent generators to different components of an Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) set up. A sample of the difference frequency is sent to SR844 lock-in as reference and the SPM set up also gives out the signal (again at the difference frequency) to the lock-in. The phase and amplitude from the lock in need to be recorded in a separate file.

I tested the attached labview program on the SPM set up and it did not work. Seems like the devices are not getting initialized on their own. I can initialize the frequency generators with the initialize VIs separately but it does not work inside the code. I cannot initialize the lock-in at all, I guess because there is another issue (which I believe is a programming issue). The reference frequency (difference frequency that I feed into the lock-in from the syncs of frequency generators) cannot be fed as the output of the generators switch off as soon as they move into remote control mode.

Can someone tell me where I am going wrong with the VI?

Are you initializing the lock-in at your sequence structure 1?

So you were able to initialize both generators individually but not together?
