Here is one way to do it.

Cleaned it up a bit....I did not realize you could expand the index array function, thanks

I had the wrong value wired to the dT terminal.  The array of [4,2,4] are the polynomial coefficients.  I just put in some arbitrary values.

Get rid of the index constants 0, 1, 2  The Index Array funtion defaults to those values when unwired.
